About the Founder: Annie Replogle
My passionate love for Italy began fifteen years ago, the moment I arrived in Florence for a semester abroad. I dragged my suitcases up 90 stairs to a small attic apartment overlooking Piazza Santa Croce. After one look from the terrace, I left the bags behind and stepped into the golden September sun. I flâneured through the winding streets until I found a busy trattoria, where I sat for hours with a carafe of house wine, paper-thin prosciutto, salty pecorino, ripe figs, and absolutely nowhere to be, watching the world go by. In that moment, I felt something shift — an unexpected sense of belonging. I didn’t know it then, but that day was the start of a lifelong love.
I'm a neuroaesthete — someone who is deeply moved by beauty in all its forms. Italy, for me, is the ultimate destination: the light, the food, the people, the sounds. It gets under your skin and stays there. Eventually, visiting wasn't enough, so I moved here. Now, I live in Rome, where I curate unforgettable trips across Italy — designed to make people fall in love with this country just as I did. From world-class museums and iconic monuments to intimate wineries, hidden restaurants, and even the kitchens of locals’ homes, I offer immersive, hands-on experiences that create deep, lasting connections with Italy’s people, food, and traditions.
When planning your trip, I want to get to know you — your likes, your dislikes, the things you can't leave without seeing or doing, the meal you have to try before you go. Tell me your perfect day, and I'll build around it, with a few recommendations of my own thrown in. I work entirely off word of mouth, so everyone who travels with me means something personally. I'll take care of all the bookings, but what matters more to me is looking out for you during your travels, the way a good friend would.
